Remarks
- The local tax of € 2,00 per person and day from the age of 14 is not included in the price.

- Our guests receive the MobilCard ‘South Tyrol Guest Pass’. This allows you to use public transport free of charge.
- Our new lift will take you to your floor comfortably.
- Children up to the age of 3 years stay free of charge.
- You can park your car in the car park in our own courtyard.
- You can store your private bicycles in our lockable and secure bicycle storage room.
- We heat our house in winter and cool it in summer using environmentally friendly geothermal energy.
- All rooms and the apartments are non-smoking apartments.
Cancellation conditions pursuant to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code.
There is no right of withdrawal pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code – nevertheless, we grant you the following withdrawal conditions pursuant to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:
Up to 60 days before arrival, the reservation can be canceled without paying a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained.
In the event of cancellation by the guest between 60 days prior to the agreed arrival date and the arrival date, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation between 60 and 14 days before the arrival date: 40% of the agreed total price.
Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date: 70% of the agreed total price.
Cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date: 90% of the agreed total price.
In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total amount for the entire agreed period of stay is due.
Any deposit paid in advance will be included in the cancellation fee.
Please inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to come.
