A lift takes you comfortably to your bright, light-flooded flat.
Each flat has a beautiful living area with an inviting TV sofa and a fully equipped kitchenette, one or two bedrooms, one or two modern showers and a balcony with breathtaking views over the wide valley.
A heat pump operates efficiently and quietly in the background: all flats are heated in winter using our geothermal energy and kept comfortably cool in summer. Quieter than any air-conditioning system!
The special thing about a Fritzenhof holiday: Konrad will continue to bake the delicious Strauben on a regular basis. This is a dessert that our grandmothers used to bake for special celebrations. And they still taste wonderful today!

Heating and cooling – with geothermal energy. Our contribution to environmental protection
We gave a great deal of thought to how we should heat and cool our house. Our new heating system had to manage without fossil fuels. We wanted to move away from gas and oil. Geothermal technology won us over. The solar panel system provides us with the electricity we need in the house. Geothermal energy from a depth of over 100 metres will keep our house cosy and warm in winter – and pleasantly cool in summer. Quietly and unobtrusively in the background, the geothermal system works for us and for our guests... So that your stay at the Fritzenhof is relaxing and rejuvenating!
