Every other year, the 'Egetmann' parade is on the programme and you don't know whether you are coming or going. The Tramin population celebrates carnival in a lively way and many guests from near and far cannot believe their eyes. What 'carneval' is in the spring, 'Törggelen' is in the autumn. A special experience while you enjoy a glass of young wine and roasted chestnuts. The custom started many years ago when every farmer still had his own wine cellar. People walked from house to house (cellar to cellar) and tried still non-fermented wine.
